What About the Little Guys?
Competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs) tend to focus on medium-to-large enterprises in major metropolitan areas, leaving homes and small businesses to the regional Bell operating companies (RBOCs) and other incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs).
