Joseph Navelski joined the Quantitative Supervision and Research unit as a Senior Quantitative Analyst in June 2024. His research interests are in the fields of applied microeconomics, applied statistics and data science, and he enjoys collaborating on interdisciplinary research projects. His expertise in statistical and econometric modeling has led him to the banking and finance sectors where he has experience developing, coding and deploying models into a production framework. He earned a PhD in Economics and MS in Statistics at Washington State University, an MS in Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Arizona, and a bachelor’s degree at the University of New Hampshire.
