Our Team

Jay Dengli

Dengli (Jay) Yang earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Virginia in 2023, with a focus on macroeconomics, monetary economics, and financial institutions and regulations. Prior to his doctoral studies, Jay obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. During his Ph.D. studies, Jay has worked as a Consultant for the World Bank, a Ph.D. Research Intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, and as a Quantitative Analyst at Huatai Fund. He is currently pursuing a CFA certification.
